Besides having the passion for real estate, golf, fishing, yachts and all the luxurious pleasures Los Cabos and Baja have to offer, we are long time supporters of Los Cabos Humane Society and the four legged friends as well. Our team loves to lend a hand whenever possible, and Pisces Group Cabo and Pisces Real Estate have been sponsors of the traditional Paws and Claws tournament for years now. This year, Paws and Claws Open Golf Tournament by the Humane Society Los Cabos turned 10 years, and it was our pleasure to support and participate at the event as well. Pisces Real Estate Golf Properties Specialist Roberto Gonzalez‘s team had a great day, playing 18 holes on the beautiful Mountain & Arroyo courses at the outstanding Palmilla Golf Club in San Jose Del Cabo, posting a 65, 7 under par, and made it to the top 5 teams! They were accompanied by a friendly dog named Charlie!
About Los Cabos Humane Society
The Los Cabos Humane Society relies totally on monetary sponsorship from individuals and companies to support their cause. Proceeds raised by this year’s Paws and Claws support their goal to create an environment free of unwanted, stray, and diseased animals. The society receives NO assistance from the government or any other official source. They depend entirely on donations and our generosity.
Their vision is to create a safe haven for the people and animals of Los Cabos, through disease control, low cost sterilization surgeries, adoption and educational programs in the schools. In 2014 they performed over 3,500 spay and neuter surgeries, with over 16,000 in the last 4 years. Also in 2014 they facilitated over 350 adoptions and thousands of school children and families in the Los Cabos area completed their Animal Awareness Education Program.
